SCHOOL LIFE

Schedule, after school child care, holidays

  • The school week has 4 days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.15am to 4.15pm. No half days. 

  • Playtime in the park (at 200m from school) once per day. 

  • Lunch break : from 11.45 to 12.30pm.

  • Nap time for the children needing to rest in the early afternoon.

  • After school and Wednesday child care : from 4.15 to 6.30pm on school days. Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm.  

  • Holidays : Smiles'n Kids school will schedule holidays according to the school holidays of the Paris-Créteil Academy (C Zone). 

  • There is  one educational day session during the year for the teachers' professional training (no school for children).

Lunch 

  • There is school lunch service provided. A catering company cooks healthy and well-balanced meals including organic food, warmed up and served at school. Typical meals : starter + main dish + garnish, cheese or yoghurt, and desert. Meat-free menus are available.  

  • For safety reasons allergic or food intolerant children bring their own lunch. 

Wednesday : English and leisure time ! 

  • Wednesday program : from 9am to 5pm, children participate in varied activities (arts&crafts, yoga, painting, cooking, land art, etc...) with 2 adults, an English speaker and a French French speaker.
